With its 65m2 surface and changing room; personal training whether tailored to rehab, performance training or general fitness is made enjoyable in a modern environment created for your unique needs.

Monthly Memberships

3 months contract period :

  • 1 Session per week (OP1M3) 495.-/month
  • 2 Sessions per week (OP2M3) 900.-/month
  • 3 Sessions per week (OP3M3) 1210.-/month

3 to 6 months contract period: 

  • 1 Session per week (OP1M6) 450.-/month
  • 2 Sessions per week (OP2M6) 815.-/month
  • 3 Sessions per week (OP3M6) 1080.-/month

Prepaid Sessions

  • Individual Session : 130.-
  • Pack of 12 Sessions: 1450.-

Driven by the desire to turn an interest developed from an early age in sport, movement, and the human being into a profession, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning in ****London, with a specialization in human performance.
This academic background allows me to view the body as a whole and to work in an analytical and coherent manner, taking into account all the factors that influence health and performance in each individual.

I support and guide my clients toward their personal goals by placing their physiological needs at the center of the practice, with the aim of anchoring health and longevity over the years.

A key component of my approach is education: providing the tools and understanding of the process in order to develop semi-autonomous, conscious, and sustainable habits. My role is to guide, structure, and adjust, so that each person becomes an active participant in their own progression.

Jonathan, S&C Coach

I have built my professional path around performance and education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, complemented by a Master’s degree in Sports Training and Performance as well as a Master’s degree in Physical Education Teaching, completed in Spain.

This academic background allows me to approach training in a structured, educational, and individual-centered manner, combining solid scientific foundations with practical application. My objective is to adapt training to each person while maintaining particular attention to health, injury prevention, and long-term development.

With nearly 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and group coach, I support my clients through progressive and individualized programs, targeting both sport practice and overall well-being. I have developed specific expertise in health-oriented training, injury prevention, and pre- and post-partum support, consistently adjusting sessions to the specific needs of each individual.
